Fit45 is a functional fitness class that is based on a combination of movements that challenge your physical fitness in the gym to make life easier outside of it. The defining factor of this fitness framework is the combination of resistance and endurance exercises, which are shown to improve overall health. Just by coming to Fit45 twice a week you can see changes in how you look and more importantly, how you feel.

Our FitKids program is designed to introduce functional movement and to create a base for them to build on for sport or life. Our classes are relatively short and are a play-based curriculum. This helps kids begin to think of exercise as FUN and helps them enjoy creating a habit of exercise as they get older. Skills are focused on the basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 6-8 or 9-12 year old. These foundations can be used in any sport and help prevent injury as they continue to move throughout life.
