Zach is a young man who has a huge passion for sport and fitness. He lives by the motto, “If you don't progress, you regress” and this has shaped his mentality towards his own training as well as his drive to help others reach their fitness or sporting goals. He has years of experience in sports such as Rugby, Athletics and even Rock Climbing but has been resolute in broadening his knowledge in order to confidently assist individuals across all fitness and sporting disciplines regardless of their goals. In an attempt to further his knowledge and understanding of human physiology as it pertains to fitness and health, Zach studied at the University of Stellenbosch and received a BSc degree in Sports Science. Having worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, Zach has acquired years of experience as a personal trainer and coach.
