Fit45
A functional fitness class designed with a combination of resistance and endurance exercises. High intensity, short intervals, strength, cardio and core combinations will challenge you in each 45min session.
HYROX
For the fitness endurance enthusiast. This builds a cardio vascular and muscle endurance engine, running strength, consistency under high volume of repetitions, stamina, strength and grit.
Crossfit
Well-rounded programming with a crossfit based approach for all levels. We include gymnastics and weightlifting, at both high intensities and longer durations, to improve overall strength and fitness.
