Fit45 is a functional fitness class that is based on a combination of movements that challenge your physical fitness in the gym to make life easier outside of it. The defining factor of this fitness framework is the combination of resistance and endurance exercises, which are shown to improve overall health. Just by coming to Fit45 twice a week you can see changes in how you look and more importantly, how you feel.
This is a 45-minute class, with little, lighter or no weights. We cover high intensity cardio, interval work, endurance training, core, abs and bodyweight strength movements. Great class for all fitness levels, to get the lungs working hard, lose some extra kilos and burn calories while having fun.
We are excited and proud of our Fit60 classes. The idea is to improve technique, basic weightlifting and gymnastic movements, build strength and improve fitness by combining skilled and weighted movements in workouts. The structure will be crossfit based.Strength: Squats, Deadlifts, Presses.Weightlifting: Cleans, Snatches.Gymnastics: Pull up variations, Toes to Bar, handstands.Conditioning: High intensity workout combining skills, lifting and cardio.
