Fit45

Fit45 is a functional fitness class expertly designed with a combination of resistance and endurance exercises, translating to a strong and healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. Two Fit45 sessions per week are enough to create a lasting change In how you look, feel, and move!

Strength & Conditioning

Being our most well-rounded programming with a focus on increasing general physical preparedness, this program is truly for everyone. We include gymnastics and weightlifting, at both high intensties and longer durations, to teach your body to be able to do more for longer throughout life.

Hyrox

Enjoy prepping for your next Hyrox race with programming specifically designed to create the fastest, strongest and fittest version of you yet.

Circuit

Our strength circuit is ideally laid out and programmed to guide you through all the muscle groups in one session. It offers selectorized machines to adjust resistance to any training level.

Aerobic Development

For those wanting to up their cardiovascular game, or do some active recovery from other training modalities, we have a program designed exactly for that in our brand new cardio machine section.

Muscle Building

Building muscle has never been so straightforward in our brand new free weights section, with a program specifically designed to build and strengthen each muscle group, while covering all the necessary accessory exercises.

Powerlifting

This programming is primarily aimed at increasing the squat, bench press, and deadlift, with a secondary focus on stability and overall strength through traditional powerlifing training.

Olympic Weightlifting

Scientifically programmed sessions to increase your strength for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, while making sure alt your accessory work ls covered.

Athletic Development

Looking for something more specific to your sport? Our athletic program prepares athletes for all sports with a specific high-performance focused approach.

Personal Services

We offer personal training, biokinetics and sport massage services.
