Fit45 is a functional fitness class that is based on a combination of movements that challenge your physical fitness in the gym to make life easier outside of it. The defining factor of this fitness framework is the combination of resistance and endurance exercises, which are shown to improve overall health. Just by coming to Fit45 twice a week you can see changes in how you look and more importantly, how you feel.

Personal Training

Strength & Conditioning

This is going to be our main programming with a focus on increasing general physical preparedness, it is truly for anyone. We include gymnastics and weightlifting to teach your body to be able to do more for longer throughout life.

Olympic Weightlifting

This is Olympic style lifting and will be programmed to increase your weight lifted in the Clean & Jerk as well as the Snatch.

Raw Strength

This programming will be primarily aimed at increasing the squat, bench press, and deadlift, with a secondary focus on stability and overall strength through functional bodybuilding movements.
