Welcome to FitLife Wellington! Our doors are open to any and all hard-working, committed individuals who are serious about improving their physical abilities and reach their personal goals; be it for improved health and fitness or elite sport performance. Your initial fitness level or skill set is irrelevant. We will give you the guidance you need to improve at your pace in our space. We offer balanced programming and coaching based on these 10 core principles: Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Stability and Accuracy.
