Welcome to FitLife Wellington! Our doors are open to any and all hard-working, committed individuals who are serious about improving their physical abilities and reach their personal goals; be it for improved health and fitness or elite sport performance. Your initial fitness level or skill set is irrelevant. We will give you the guidance you need to improve at your pace in our space. We offer balanced programming and coaching based on these 10 core principles: Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Stability and Accuracy.

Memberships

Whether you want to join our functional group classes, do some indoor cardio while preparing for that race you’ve put off for too long, or build a stronger physique in the weight section. We’ve got a membership option for you.

The goal is to prepare you for our classes and give you an idea of what to expect, before you sign up! Learn a few new movements and do a short workout the FitLife way.
