Fit45

A functional fitness class designed with a combination of resistance and endurance exercises. High intensity, short intervals, strength, cardio and core combinations will challenge you in each 45min session.

Hyrox

For the fitness endurance
enthusiast. This builds a cardio
vascular and muscle endurance
engine, running strength, consistency under high volume of repetitions, stamina, strength and grit.

OFF PEAK

Enjoy the option of putting in extra time and training specifically for your goals on your own time during off peak times.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning (S/C)
Well-rounded programming with a crossfit based approach for all levels. We include gymnastics and weightlifting, at both high intensities and longer durations, to improve overall strength and fitness.

SCHP

Strength & Conditioning High
Performance (SCHP) A focused approach for the more competitive individual. Competition specific training and standards that align with CrossFit, Weightlifting and Functional fitness-based competitions.

Hybrid conditioning

This well-rounded session combines different workout styles. Strength training and endurance training into one continuous session. Be ready for anything.
