During the intro course we will discuss all the ins-and-outs of our classes and you will learn a few new movements and do a short workout. The goal is to prepare you for our classes and give you an idea of what to expect, before you sign up!
This course is a once off 30 – 45 min session. We understand this can be inconvenient for some, but please bear with us. It is really important to us that you feel comfortable and understand the technique of the movements before you sign up. After completing the course you’ll be able to attend any of our classes that suit your busy schedule.
