Fit45 is a functional fitness class that is based on a combination of movements that challenge your physical fitness in the gym to make life easier outside of it. The defining factor of this fitness framework is the combination of resistance and endurance exercises, which are shown to improve overall health. Just by coming to Fit45 twice a week you can see changes in how you look and more importantly, how you feel.


This class is a unique offering for all of our clients that are 55 and older. In addition to the group orientated, high intensity functional training that is offered by the workout, the Fit55 has 10 minutes with one of our qualified coaches on mobility and keeping/ increasing range of motion.

This Class focuses on the Glutes and Abdominals. A unique offering for some of the hardest places to tone and sculpts. Peachyabs contains a mixture of high intensity and weight training to get the perfect sculpt!

Teens Functional

Our Teens functional class is perfect for anyone under the age of 16, Our focus is to be able to get them to move in controlled movements, Set up a solid foundation for a future involving health and Fitness, and maybe burn some energy.
